Clarity of the oral
presentation
In my opinion, the oral presentation was concise and clear
in terms of concept idea of the topic. However some of the member spoke was not
loud enough which make it hard to catch what they were saying. But it the slide
they provided with a point form of the topic it give me a bit of understanding
of what they are presenting. The group had plan well who is responsible to
which topic and organize the order of the content quite well.
Clarity of the
written presentation
They
have covered all the information about intellectual property. This is very
detailed and written clearly to the slide. With the use of short sentences and
point form, it is easy to read and focus.
Distinctiveness and
specificity of the examples
This group has taken the example in which well known and
most people must have heard about it that is very effective. The case of Apple
and Samsung demonstrated the concepts of intellectual property very well. The
group has chosen a very clear example for their presentation. I like the
example of the cup holder but I think it was not clear of which part of the
intellectual property it applied.
Reference
The reference at the last page of presentation was good and
properly reference. However to support the idea, I think it would be advantage
to reference the source of information about Apple and Samsung lawsuit came
from such as newspaper and etc. This is to support more understanding of the
audience to the topic.
The conceptual
context
The term did not demonstrate the connection between the
topic to their project at all. They did not present any element from the
project which can be relate to intellectual property. However they have a deep
understanding to the content of the topic in term of theory.
The still image
The image used in the presentation was very powerful in
order to communicate the concept. They picked quite a good example and images
for their presentation. Images used were clear in size and effective to the
content. Personally I think this group has most images that make things
understand easily.

Clarity of the oral
presentation
The group’s oral presentation communicate a clear and
concise theoretical of the group topic concept. Corresponding with the slide
they have produced it create a clear point of what are the content that needed
to be focus. All the group member has clear and loud noise which is advantage
to the audience to understand.
Clarity of the
written presentation
Simple
and short sentences in point from allow audience to grab the most important
content and so easier to understand with the explanation from each group
members. This is very clear and concise.
Distinctiveness and
specificity of the examples
Most of the example is linked to their own project. This group
is using Kinect SDK that holds some condition with the intellectual property.
The example that they created with the software copyright demonstrated how
important this topic is. They also mention the sauce code that they used, all
the credit and reference needed to refer to the resource to keep the
intellectual property right. This is very effective and shows their good
understanding to the concept.
Reference
Good reference at the end of the slide. They have referenced
all the resource of their content in this presentation. They also mention this
is also part of intellectual property. I think this is also a good example that
everyone always experience.
The conceptual
context
As the fact that they relate the content to their project, I
think they have a good conceptual context towards this task and each member can
identify those examples to the content.
The still image
There was not much image in this presentation, which I would
recommend to have more image as it keep audience engage to the presentation and
can communicate the content better than text.
This group is working on the Kinect and Arduino like our
group. I think this is a good advantage to us to be aware of all these
conditions apply. This is to aware ourselves not to copy or taken someone’s
else work with out any acknowledgement and reference.
